Owen is a very friendly laid back 4 year cat that is pretty well self sufficient. He is allowed outside during the day but I prefer to lock him inside at night (he has his own spare room and has been trained to sleep in there until morning). He has a special diet for pancreatitis but does not require medications. The house is easy to care for and is 1.6km from the beachfront cafes and Hillarys boat harbour and Sorrento swim enclosure. Public transport is literally on the doorstep (bus out front goes straight to Warwick and Whitfords train stations). Undercover parking and secure parking for caravans and boats is available as well as is on a 500m sq block. Wifi, Netflix and STAN are available.
