We have two free range guinea fowl and five koi fish. We live on a 45 acre property, at present we have a flock of 22 dorper sheep, which are lambing at the moment. Very easy to look after. Have fantastic neighbours for any emergencies. There is an orchard and vegetable garden. Gardens are reticulated. Due to job promotion we are going residential in Indonesia and after three months will re-evaluate circumstances. Dates still need confirmation.

The house is just on 12 months old, two bedroom, two bathroom, open plan, situated on the side of a hill with fantastic views. Solar power assist, solar bore and plenty of rainwater tanks. Firebreaks around the house must be maintained (equipment and spray supplied). Prefer non smoker.
