Seeking interest for a 3 1/2 to 4 month house sit from the end of April to the end of August 2018.

Located in Falcon, Western Australia only two minutes either side to the Ocean or the Estuary to fishing and crabbing paradise.

We have a 3 bedroom 1970s beach shack, neat and tidy with a large front and back yard, parking for large caravan beside house with access to water and power.

Low maintenance, no pets we just want someone to turn the lights on and off and run the mower across the lawn when needed but most of all to enjoy our beautiful location.

As there is little to no maintenance required we would appreciate a small contribution towards the utilities.

Pets considered as we have a large fenced backyard.
