We have a quiet, tranquil home located on the Mornington Peninsula half a kilometer from the beach. We are dog lovers, own a Cavoodle, have 3 chooks and an elderly duck! Arrangements for the animals are flexible depending on your needs and if you have your own pets. We are close to a village shopping center and 10 minutes from a major one. I have a much loved Toyota that needs to be started weekly and would enjoy a trip to the shops! The garden is modest but will need regular mowing and tidying during spring. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and one bathroom with space for storage if you require. There is also plenty of room in the carport to park your vehicle.
