3br House is in reservoir, has a large bloodhound to be looked after, he will need to be walked daily or every other day for half hour. He is generally pretty good on the lead but if he sees another dog he'll pull towards it and hes 50kg and strong so this would probably suit a guy but if any girls think they can handle it thats fine with me. House has foxtel but no internet, ducted heating, large backyard, dog poo will need to be picked up.
