Requirements

A beautiful quiet 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse.

Located only a short 1km from the heart of Byron Bay and surrounding beaches.

Famous "Roadhouse Cafe" only 200m from our front door and Byron General Cafe 600m from our front door.

We have a very friendly 8yr old American Staffy, Zara who will need your love and attention. She is very well behaved and well socialized with other dogs, but doesn't like long periods on her own. She absolutely loves spending time with people and her favorite thing are walks and coffee dates.

We have a very beautiful and low maintenance garden, which is just the perfect size to potter around in those beautiful sunny winter days in Byron Bay. There is no mowing and only small amounts of trimming needed.

We do run 3 Airbnb rooms full time and would be looking for someone who is happy to continue this while house sitting. This would allow you to live in our house for free and earn some extra money during your stay too. This roll would include cleaning, management of bookings on the app and small amounts of interaction with guests during their stay. We are very lucky to have people from all over the world stay with us.

Due to this we require someone who is very clean and tidy, has an eye for detail and great people skills. While the cleaning isnt heavy at all it needs to be done to a high level every time. We have prided ourselves on what we have created over the past 4 years and would love to have someone with passion continue this for us.

There is space for 2 cars to park in the drive way safely.

We are surrounded by lovely neighbours who are very friendly and welcoming to all.

This would be the perfect house sit for a couple who would love to visit Byron, really get into the locals way and enjoy a little challenge too.
