My home is close to a lovely little country town, approx 7 minutes from local shopping centres and an hour from Brisbane CBD & Southbank, and an hour from the Gold Coast. Very quiet street, lovely neighbours and nice outdoor area - pergola as well as large covered patio. There are two small garden areas to be watered every second day which doesn't take long and no grass to mow at this time of year. There are no pets but as we feed birds, bird baths to be filled each day as well as seed to be put out - takes less than five minutes in the morning. We are not smokers so please, if you're a smoker - don't apply.
