With all children now flown the coop we need a house sitter to look after our aging dog Storm. She still loves walks, though 30 min to an hour every couple of days is plenty.

The other main requirement is the maintenance of our swimming pool and some watering of the garden and pot plants. Mowing lawn may be required depending on rainfall.

Although our home is two story, the main living area and main bedroom is on the ground floor and cleaning is easy.

As we are on a hill with a relatively steep driveway, it is not suitable to park a caravan, though a smaller camper-van may be OK.

Our location is close to several buses servicing the city and the freeway for travel to Gold or Sunshine Coast. Local shops and restaurants are a short walk or drive away.
