Our townhouse is just a few short kilometres from Melbourne CBD, in the leafy Kensington Banks area, which many years ago was the largest stock yard in the southern hemisphere. The house is comfortable and bright with beautiful views over huge peppercorn trees. It is close to the river, and walking and biking trails. There are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus downstairs toilet. However, only the master bedroom will be available. (This is to save sorting out the children's rooms before we leave.)

Duties include tending to a small garden, caring for a cat, and some chickens and fish, and putting the bins out on Wednesday evening.
