2 X old sooky cats who need to be in at night. At night they use cat litter but during the day they toilet outside. You probably won't have to do any gardening but if the lawn gets out of control I can pass on the details of the gardener. Keeping the house clean will be required though. There will be 2 available bedrooms and there are 2 living areas and 2 outdoor areas.

The house is mostly pre-renovation (front room and 2 front bedrooms renovated) but all of it is comfy and liveable. My cats have done a number on the furniture but I'll supply covers/throws. Will clean carpet in front room prior to sit.

3 X gas heaters in the house. The front room plus 2 bedrooms get particularly cosy.
