There are two lovely horses that need hay in the a.m. and a bucket feed at night. No need to go in with them, can be fed over the fence. There's a great dog, Gemma who needs a daily lane walk and dinner. It's a beautiful small acreage with a bush ramble, rain water tanks, a swimming pool for Summer and a gorgeous 12 km drive into Bowral. Quiet and secluded. There is a tenant/friend in the studio cottage who is away half the week. When home, she feeds the horses and dog.

The right sitters might like Xmas week here as well. Pool! BBBQ! South coast beaches half an hour away.
