We are on 5 acres, with only 4 chickens for you to look after,we also have a beehive on the property, but they can look after themselve!s. Lawns may need mowing (have ride-on mower). We are only 10-15 minutes from lovely beaches, 5 minutes from shopping centre, 12 minutes to train station and 5 minutes to the freeway.

We have plenty of room for a caravan/motorhome or attached to our house we have a self container granny flay for your use. We also have a swimming pool, though maybe a bit cold for a swim in June/July.
