Our home is 4 bedroom just 2k from the beach on a 1 acre block of land. The house is bricks and tiles. We do not have any pets but would like to have the house, lawn, yard kept in a reasonable condition. There is a well maintained ride on mower and equipment for the outside work. The yard is quite spacious that would be excellent for your own van with power and water supplied.
