VIP- CAR AND DRIVERS LICENCE IS NECESSARY as you will be doing group dog walks pick up and drop off of dogs once a day 4-6 times per week in exchange for free rent My 2 dogs will be here, and maybe a couple of dogs for daycare 2-3 times a week. I also ocasionally get dogs boarding on weekends or week to 2 or 3 week long holidays. Also I will be here to help you I am NOT going away but rather looking for a long term tenant to help walk the dogs in exchange for free rent as I am injured and unable to walk the dogs or later on look after the housekeeping as I will be walking the dogs. Your own room will be provided to you once I sort it out boxes, etc in that spare room however there is a very comfortable King Size bed in the lounge room avaialable for you to sleep on at the present time. Shared bathroom basic cottage house. Not fancy but very clean.
