We live on 1400acre farm with cattle and sheep but only 7 km's from town. We have 2 dogs, a kelpie and a miniature jack Russell. Very friendly dogs. We also have chooks. The house has 4 bedrooms plus a study, one bathroom but 2nd toilet in the laundry. A sunroom overlooking the swimming pool. A wood fire and air conditioner. The new kitchen has dishwasher. Satellite internet wifi.

Coonabarabran is the Astronomy Capital of Australia with Siding Spring Observatory. It also has the spectacular Warrumbungle National Park which has numerous walking trails both long and short where you can view such rock formations like The Bread Knife and Belougery Spire and Split Rock. Or visit Pilliga Pottery and enjoy German fare or wood fired pizza. Coonabarabran has markets every 4th Sunday of the month 8am-1pm. There are various cafes in town, a Subway and Woolworths Supermarket. Two Chemists, Two dentists, Two doctors surgeries plus the hospital. Enjoy getting out and about or just simply relax at home on the farm.
