No pets, just a small studio unit (would only suit 1 woman) and some plants to water. I would like the unit to be neat and tidy, cleaned and dusted etc before I arrive home. I am very neat myself. Wi Fi and Netflix and in a security complex so a safe environment. Caretaker is on site and available for any emergencies that may happen. Walking distance to Brisbane city and the nightlife areas if interested.
