I have two small dogs (12yo brother and sister) who like to sleep all day but still enjoy a walk around the block as they are quite fit.

It's a dog friendly street and very neighbourly/community oriented with local parks and several cafes etc.

The house is more a cottage ie not too large. Nice outdoor spaces with back garden and side deck, water features and colourful pot plants.

There are trams either end of the street and the train station is an eight minute walk away so it's very handy for PT.
