We have one cat, Roger, and a fish pond that need taking care of while we are away for a month. The house has spare bedrooms upstairs that can be occupied by the sitter. It has ducted gas heating as well as a combustion heater in the smaller lounge/study. The grounds are quite extensive, but in winter time there isn't much maintenance to do, simply keeping it clean and tidy.
