Somers is a quiet seaside town on Westernport, the eastern side of the Mornington Peninsula, 1hr 20min drive to Melbourne CBD. We have a loving,quiet 3y.o.greyhound who is a bit of a lounge lizard but delights in going out for a walk.our home is a short walk to the leash free park or to the beach. The nearest town is Balnarring, a 5min drive, with supermarket, newsagent, butcher and restaurants. Somers has a store with post office and a cafe for casual eating.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and an open kitchen, dining,television area; then another lounge/sitting room with desks /book shelves. These areas are north facing to catch the winter sun. Kitchen/living area has a Rinnai gas heater and a reverse cycle A/C for cooling/heating,also. Sitting/lounge area has reverse cycle A/C ,but also a cosy wood burning fire box .

If not acquainted with the Mornington Peninsula, it is a beautiful area to explore with attractions that are inviting in all areas.
