Hi! Small (3 x 1) house on big block in quiet cul de sac. Less than 10 mins to beach and Cockburn Central. One small dog (Jack Russell x chihuahua) and 3 cats (1 outdoor, 2 indoor - low maintenance). Big chook yard - currently three old ladies in residence. Swimming pool, outdoor shower, wifi, Netflix. Use of car possible. No gardening required 👍
