A recently renovated home with air con, foxtel and internet on a 10 acre property with lovely 360 degree views in a quiet, semi-urban area with nice neighbours.

Care is required for 2 small indoor dogs. 3 horses need to be checked on daily and water buckets topped up every couple of days. Horses may need feeding if dry conditions persist.

Collect mail and water a few pot plants twice a week.

A car is essential. It is a 10 minute drive to Camden with supermarkets/pubs/restaurants. 15 minute drive to Macarthur Square shopping centre and train station.
