Older family house in nice suburb between city and sea. Comfortable with reverse cycle air con and a warm sunny back garden to relax in. Close to circle route and a few other buses that go into town.

Would have to look after one aloof cat who is mainly outside, as well as a friendly rabbit who lives free range in the garden.
