Our north facing home is in a small village 16klms from the nearest shops where you will find most things you need. It is approx. 1hr drive to nearest city and a little less than that down the range to the coast. We have no pets. Our garden is still developing so an interest in gardening would be an advantage. Whilst this is quiet area there are lots of interesting drives & places to visit. It is an old gold mining area and the closest town is heritage listed.
