We are retired teachers who live in a new town-house, very close to the lovely Torrens Linear Park at Fulham Gardens. Our house is very comfortable, with an open living area downstairs and small outdoor courtyard and lawned area, double garage and drive-way. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. We have a 10 year old Collie cross dog called Alfie who is very friendly, quiet and easy to manage. He requires at least one walk a day - 2 if possible. We are within reasonable walking distance to bus-stops and supermarket on Henley Beach Rd and also not far from the Fulham Gardens shopping centre. We are about 8 minutes in the car from the beach and a few more minutes to the Henley Square cafe strip.
