We have a 28acre property in Coondle 10min from Toodyay.

Horses will need to be checked and fed.

We have 4 loving dogs that will need to be cared for that need to be fed in the evening.

We also have 6 chickens, they have an auto open/close door but need feeding in the morning and keeping an eye on their water.

All of these jobs can be done in less than half an hour.

House is nice with good lounge TV with all streaming channels and good Wi-Fi.

You will have a bedroom with double bed.

There is also a hot tub in the garden if u want to use.

Property is secure with good fencing and electric gate.
