Hi. We have a mid sized dog 7yrs old, 4 cats (2 are 17yrs, 1x 7yrs and 1x4yrs) and a miniature angora lop, 3yrs old. We are south of Brisbane approx. 30min. to the City or 40min. to the Gold Coast. There is quick access to the Logan motorway. Close by are many shopping centres and other amenities, including cinemas, libraries, convention centre, cafe's and restaurants, to name just a few. The house is on 2 1/2 acres, fully fenced with an electric gate. It is a late 70's lowset brick that has been renovated. Main living areas are tiled and the bedrooms carpeted. The guest room has its own en suite. The decor is basicly modern/antique eclectic. We have an in ground swimming pool, and a gym room set up as well as a spa and sauna on the enclosed patio. We would prefer a middle to mature aged single female,who has their own transport, a carport is available for parking. We do have a bus service past the door, but, we don't know what the service is like. Also the train station is about 4km away.
