I have no pets but because the house is in a small town just outside Melbourne there will be visiting wild life. The house is small but comfortable, two bedrooms and a study. There is a view of bush from the back deck and half an acre of garden, just waiting to be made into a full bush garden by me. The St Andrews market is just up the road, the Hurstbridge station a short drive away.

The house is on tank water only so sitters will need to be very careful about using water.
