We would like a reliable person to mind our house over late November, December and the first two weeks of January. It is a very comfortable Victorian cottage with a baby grand piano that needs to be treated with care. The main bedroom has an new en suite. We are 4kms from the city, on two tram lines and a train line. No pets to look after although there may be black gold fish hiding in the pond out the front. They are self sufficient. The small garden and courtyard need to be kept watered.
