We have a 15 month old Vizsla dog Silvia, a 13 year old Puggle Honey and 3 chickens to look after. Honey does not require walking as she is too old now, however, Silvia needs 20 - 50 minutes a day walk. We can organise a private dog walker if that is required.

We have a large house and garden, however, we are currently renovating the house. There are 5 renovated bedrooms and one renovated bathroom (maybe two by April, and the rest is in its brown brick 80's prime. The good news is there is nothing too precious. It is very livable, but only part of it is finished. We live 10 minutes walk to the river and 15 min walk to the beach. There are cafes, shops, pharmacy, doctors a pub and a bowling club within 5 - 10 minutes walk.
