We have a 3 bedroom older style house, and includes heating, cooling, internet, Netflix, Stan. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, 15 min walk from Mitcham Railway Station and shops. We have a grumpy old cat that will need to be fed. He is not really very keen on strangers, so he will probably stay out of your way most of the time.
