Low maintenance pets & house with a nice clean open plan arrangement. 'Moose" is our placid Mastiff X with a gentle loving personality that is happy just to greet you at the door with a stuffed toy. "Olivia" is a diminutive little indoor cat, shy to begin with but loves to cuddle next to you on the couch. They are accustomed to people working during the day and are happy just to sit down with you of an evening. Olivia will tell you when she is hungry for wet food, aside from that a handful of biscuits in the morning and evening when Moose just has kibble at the end of the night.

There is literally nothing to do with house maintenance, no plants or retic to worry about, just put the bins out if needed. The house itself is a basic 3 bed, 1 Bath with parking in the driveway. 55" TV and WiFi along with a clean and modern kitchen.
