We are planning to be away for about 26 days in late May 2018 through to June 2018.

We have a substantial, comfortable, well equipped and modern home on 1.25 acres just 10 mins from Coffs and Sawtell.. A very serene and pretty location, privacy reassured. We have 2 British blue cats and chocolate Labrador, all part of the family and somewhat spoiled, but well trained. We have a well-established and well maintained garden that will require some watering depending on the weather. Our chocolate Labrador likes a walk and some interaction and attention but very easy to care for..

If interested please advise. We are looking for a fit couple to meet our requirements (house proud and non-smoking, tidy, handy, organised, energetic, with an affinity for pets and nature, preparedness to spend a little time watering. No mowing should be required.

Everything is within 10 minutes including airport, cafes, shops, hospital, numerous beaches. Cows at back fence, state forest nearby, a bird paradise. Can send pics of our little piece of paradise if you are interested and on our wavelength.. References and experience are invaluable. A genuine connection with cats, dogs is foremost as is honesty, integrity and reliability.
