We have 2 cats who are inside at nightfall and a medium sized dog who lives largely outside. Our main living and bedroom areas are on 2 levels.

It is a very quiet location on a very large suburban block, within relatively easy access to the bus, train and shops. Watering some plants would be our only garden request.
