We have two small dogs (mother and daughter)(Polly 14 and Dolly 11), house trained and sleep in laundry at night. They spend a lot of time just lying around.

Walked once a day (weather permitting). House is solid brick with gas and reverse heating. Close to major shopping and transport. Extremely neat and tidy. Small back well maintained and enclosed rear yard wit locked rear gate. Maintenance free. Gas instant HWS. Kitchen, dining, three beds, big undercover rear verandah, security screen doors and roller shutters all windows.
