We are a retired couple living in a 3 bedroom brick lowset home on a 650 square meter block with easy care gardens and pool . Our home has air conditioning and ceiling fans and is comfortably furnished.

We have a loveable pet dog, Yuki a Japanese Spitz who is primarily an outdoor dog, sleeping in a utility/ office room off the rear covered patio.

We are situated approx. 500 metres from the beach, with all necessities close by.
