We are looking for a house sitter to look after our home and dog while we are on holiday in New Zealand.

Our dog Bosskoh is a 14 month old American Bulldog X that weighs 48kgs. He is still young and full of energy. During the day while we are at work he stays in our enclosed outdoor patio and has his own little outdoor area. When we are home we let him loose in our fully fenced large backyard, we normally don’t give him free reign to this area as he gets up to mischief digging holes and trying to eat branches and things!! Because of his size and energy we are not expecting him to be walked as for me this is a struggle and only my partner has the strength to walk him. So while we are away we are happy for him to get his exercise sprinting around the backyard, playing fetch and just playing!!

He is an indoor and outdoor dog and when your lazing around he is happy to do the same. We feed him twice a day so would want that to continue.

Our home is comfortable and homey. You will have 1 bedroom with a double bed. The house has ducted aircon for hot days, although the tiles keep the house cool. Our wifi is great and has no issues streaming Netflix and Stan. We have a chromecast that you can connect to, so you can watch anything you might like to watch. Our enclosed outdoor patio has a table and there is also a basketball hoop outside if you want to shoot hoops. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Washing machine (no dryer)

Location

Our home is a 5 minute drive to Kwinana Marketplace that has all the supermarkets and food places. Also a 5 minute drive to Bertram shops.

It’s approx 10 minute drive to Kwinana Beach, which is a nice beach for swimming and walks.

House is close to Kwinana freeway as well as Stock Road and Thomas Road making it easy to commute to wherever you need to go.

Public transport - Kwinana train station is a 10 minute walk and there is bus stops 2 minutes walk from the house.

Will provide all the information needed to make your stay at our home and with our big puppy easy and enjoyable. We are wanting someone that is happy to send us updates and photos, so we know that he is happy and having a good time.

Bosskoh is our world so we need someone that is going to show him lots of affection and attention while we are away.
