I have small 3 bedroom house on an acre of land surrounded by larger holdings.

I have a fairly flat area where a van/motor home can be parked but happy to have my home used. I am on tank water.

There is a ride on mower if the lawns need attending.

I have 3 cats and 2 small to medium dogs that will need to be given tlc and fed daily and waled/played with.

There are a lot of things to see and do in the mid north coast and I am 30 minutes from the beach.

My garden is a little over gown and self sufficient so if you wish to potter that's fine

I have a rear veranda which is a lovely place to sit and read watch the birds or just soak up the peace and quiet.
