My first experience using a house sitter. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Jenna and Jake (jenna seymour jennaseymour86@gmail.comand Jacob Wilson appeared very pleasant and responsible. I just returned from three weeks away to find they are not. My home was thoroughly cleaned for them, details about pet care and all food etc set out.

They did not dust / vacuum / clean a bathroom / sweep / mop once in three weeks! The hens were without water, shelll grit, and the seed bag was empty. Food I'd prepared for the animals in the fridge was still there, They'd given my dog half a kilo of liver treats, and other treats and the food and water bowls were not cleaned.

I have many more issues and have taken photos.

These are a nice young couple without any idea about the commitment required as house and pet sitters - although they convinced me otherwise before I accepted them. They treated my home like they were paying guests without any responsibilities.

I do Not think they are suitable as house sitters, definitely not as pet carers.
