We have 2 older much loved inside cats that sleep a lot of the day ,so req little care other than company . The home is a low set resort style with a large solar heated pool ,outdoor entertainment area set in a wildlife reserve . Gardens require little to no maintenance and only a small lawn area . Close to shopping and restaurants . Use of lock up garage. Unlimited NBN netflix and Fox sport
