Non-smoker/s. Feeding 2 friendly cats twice daily and keeping our home loved. Ensuring windows are opened and closed to air the house. Our quaint 3 bedroom property doubles as a natural health clinic and family home so maintaining outdoor house & curb appeal/cleanliness is important to us (basic clean up/small amount of weed control - we also have a lawn maintenance man that will come). Indoor freshness and cleanliness to be maintained, ensuring everything is locked securely at all times and maintaining a presence at the property. Both cats are house trained, very friendly and grow on new people very quickly, Ginger Max and Black Xavier. Usual cat play and care required, they tend to be outside through the day or curled up on a warm blanket in the house, indoors at night. Garden to be watered - indoor and outdoor plants. The house includes NBN and Foxtel at no extra cost to the applicant. Central ducted heating and fully equipped kitchen. Any applicants should be willing to agree to a house sitting agreement for the usual details.
