We have 2 inside cats and some chooks and live on approx 3 acres with the most incredible view over the Tamar river towards the mountains.

It is a 10 minute drive into the center of Launceston and the bus into town comes past the end of the street, local supermarket, post office, medical centre and cafe are just a few kms up the road.

Our home is right one the edge of the West Tamar wine region with the local vineyard only moments away with a top class restaurant.
