Lowest brick home fully renovated with inground pool. Friendly neighbours, home located in cul de sac and walking distance (800 metres) to major shopping centre complete with Hoytes movie theatre. Easy walk to train station and buses. Beautiful beaches of Moreton Bay (Redcliffe) 5 minute drive away, Redcliffe has lagoon pool on waterfront and waterfront Sunday markets and a huge variety of waterfront cafes and restaurants.

Needing two indoors cats and two birds looked after and the usual home maintenance of lawn mowing and the pool. The creepy crawly does most of the work but still needs a minimal amount of cleaning of filter basket which can easily be shown if you are not familiar with looking after a pool. Would prefer no children and would welcome references.
