I have a small home on a large block that looks out over Lake Illawarra and the ocean. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the local shops and 10-15 minute drive into the centre of Wollongong. The beaches are 5-10 minutes drive away. The house is 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, combined living/dining and a study out the back (laundry is under the house). The front garden is mostly natives and I have two large vegetable gardens and some fruit trees/vines at the back. Watering as necessary would be required, the rest is negotiable.

I have 1 inside cat, Misty ~11 years old, who loves to snuggle but is very set in her food times! She usually sleeps on the bed beside me - but it can take her a little while to get used to new people and she may just stay on the couch.
