The property is a 3 B/R townhouse.( 2 on the block) L/Up garage. Gas heating & hotplates & H.W.S. Electric fan forced oven. Evaporative cooling (Ducted to all rooms) Recently renovated kitchen & bathroom, new carpets and freshly painted throughout. Smallish to average lawns, low maintenance gardens including vine covered outdoor dining area.
