We live in a quiet court with 2 x 6 year old chocolate labs. Our house is 2 story with a small back yard that has a lawn, pot plants and tomato plants to care for. We are close to bus stops and train stations and only about 25 minutes from Melbourne CBD by train. There are many good restaurants close by.
