Modern 3 bedroom house in quiet neighbourhood. House has just been painted throughout, floors sanded and re-finished, new carpets in bedrooms etc, House is low maintenance as is garden. My wife and I will be in Europe visiting family for the duration.

We would like to use one of the bedrooms for storage.
