The house is in 2 parts - my daughter and 2 granddaughters live upstairs and my husband and I live in separate accommodation downstairs.

There are 2 cats - a mother and son and an elderly female miniature Chihuahua to be cared for. The dog does not need walking - she is old and lazy and sleeps the day away!

We would like a house sitter to arrive the day before we travel so that we can familiarise them with the household and to stay until the day after we return to let us know of any issues which may have occurred during the period of our absence.

There is wifi and a landline (the phone service is poor - we hope to have the problem sorted out well before our travel date). The house sitter would pay for any calls made.

We are situated approximately 25 minutes drive from the CBD and there are good train services locally.

We would like to have a signed agreement between all parties and for references to be provided by the sitter, please.
