We are looking for a house sitter to stay in our three bedroom apartment in Abbotsford Cove estate. We have a cat and a dog that need caring for whilst we are away for three weeks in Europe. Our dog is fully toilet trained, however, the house sitter/s will need to be around to walk the dog first thing in the morning, then again during the day (no specific time) and again later in the evening (around 8pm) as he needs to go out for the toilet. Both cat and dog are fed twice per day - around 7am and 6pm. The ideal house sitter would be someone who works flexibly, or someone who is not going to be away from the home for long periods of time (ideally on longer than 6hrs during the day).

Apart from these specifics, the animals are very easy to care for and well behaved.

Our apartment is in a complex on the waterfront and has a beautiful easy waterfront walk that is very dog friendly.

The apartment itself has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage (we are not sure if the garage will be available or if our cars will be in there). It is on the first floor and has left access. There is a small balcony with quite pretty views. The complex itself has five swimming pools, two tennis courts and a cafe on site.

We do not expect the house sitter to pay for any bills as it is only a three week period - only their own food. We have a weekly cleaner so only expect the place to be kept tidy. There is Wifi access, Foxtel and Netflix.
