We live in a old wooden Queenslander home in a green leafy suburb of Brisbane

. It has several verandahs, a modern kitchen , 2 lounge rooms and 3 bedrooms. The large lounge room has the TV and is downstairs. We also have a swimming pool that will need minimal attention.

We have a large garden and several outdoor pot plants that would need to be watered.

We also have a 10 year old German Shepard dog that needs to go for a short walk every day.

Our home is a 6 minute walk to the station and it takes 16 minutes to get into the centre of Brisbane. There are many BYO restaurants in easy walking distant from our home. There is also a picture theatre in easy walking distance from our home.
