I am looking for someone who LOVES cats. I have 4 cats to feed and change litter. Lots of play and cuddles. Some growing trees to water in the yard. We really want the cats to have company and for the house to look occupied.

It is a newly renovated 4 bedroom house on a quarter acre. It takes 1/2 an hour to walk into town, or you can catch a bus in from down the road. Our neighbours are awesome and really friendly. They go crazy on Christmas lights. It is a pretty quiet street otherwise.

Our house is super comfy, with air-con galore! The main has a full ensuite and the other rooms are the kids bedrooms with single beds.

Our balcony is huge and we get the best sunset views. We have kookaburras who come and visit to sit on our balcony rail. A variety of beautiful native birds. We have even had echidnas from time to time.

As for Eltham, we are on the Hurstbridge line. It takes 50 mins to get into the city.

Eltham always has Summer activities on in the town square. Lots of music, we are big on music. There is the river close by, Montsalvat (which you HAVE to visit), lots of walks and bike tracks. Great cafes, restaurants, and enough shops not to have to leave! Although, there are 2 big shopping centres close by (Doncaster and Greensborough). Factory outlets in Bundoora (Uni Hill).
